Nice car Drew and welcome to the board. I too used to live in Memphis.
Looks like that is an Alabama plate on the car, Birmingham? Did you buy it from Norm down in that area?

Actually got it from a guy in the Jackson, MS area, who got it from Alabama. He hadn't had it for long at all. Could be from Birmingham, maybe?

    :Welcome:

I remember that car. Don't remember who on here had it, but I remember they put some big wheels on it and there was alot of debate on weather or not the wheels would fit or look right on the car. I must say, I like the wheels that are on it now much better.

Yes Jamie, it is the very car which was the subject of that great controversy: http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=35201

I don't want to veer off into that debate, and I won't say a negative word about the guy I got the car from. I think he's a good dude, I just disagree with his wheel choice. I'm sure there are people who don't like mine. I certainly didn't do anything original... Maybe a few years from now I'll wish I had been more "progressive" and kept the 20's, who knows?

Scrapper, I found a post from the guy in Alabama who had it before: http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=34594

I don't know if this is the guy who did the resto work, think it might be. Whoever it was, he does nice work.
