I was going to ask you that. I was the first Grabber Blue in the row closest to the grandstands on show day (Saturday). I remember a Grabber Blue GT being parked beside me.

Jesus how have we not met up since we live so close lol. I had my maverick garaged just over Bedford county line in botetourt for years and drove the mav to advance on Timberlake when I worked there many moons ago

 

I have met you several times. I talked to you at Advance Auto on Timberlake Road a few times when I was buying some parts for my Maverick.

I also got a chance to see your car a few years back. My uncle and I were on our way back from Roanoke and you were putting gas in your Maverick at the Sunoco near the rock quarry. We turned around and talked to you and I took some pictures of your car.

As was mentioned earlier in the is thread the MCCI Roundup Nationals is going to be in Lynchburg this July. I'm the host of the event. It would be great if you could bring your Maverick up sometime during the week, especially on Saturday for the car show.

We usually take our cars to several of the cruise-ins in the area starting in April. We go to Altavista on the 1st Saturday of the month, we go to the Advance Auto Parts cruise-in in Roanoke on the 3rd Saturday and we go to Chatham on the 4th Saturday.

Haha lmao dude I remember some of that now. You have to excuse my lapse in memory it’s gone to hell since I was diagnosed with a brain tumor so I forget a lot. But I do remember looking at your car and speaking with you and your uncle now. My car was dirty the day you guys saw it. And that frustrated me cause I used to wax and dust off before it ever left the garage I’ll text you my # tomorrow at a better time and we’ll have to once I get her back on the road 100%

 

Oh and yea I’ll be there in July, I’m probably getting a front lower valance from Craig selvey there lol
