Going to repaint the inner fender wells in some POR15, chasing rust spots to clean up and I've ended up taking the grille an bumper off, just can't leave things to rust up, got a pile of cleaned and painted parts to go back on

ridding the emissions, cut the EGR valve off the carb base and threaded the hole 1/4 NPT, thread carefully or it will crack, also when putting in the plug don't try to go to tight or in may crack carbase2.jpg carbase1.jpg carbase3.jpg carbase4.jpg

removed the old tires and wire wheel the rims and repainted, didn't know it was going to be that hard to find a 195/75R14, no one in town had any, had the local Firestone who now owns Toyo tire order some of the toyo's for me. need to get another set of rims so I can use one of the old tires as a spare and then remount the two snow tires that came off 20160630_164324.jpg 20160630_164348.jpg 20160630_164307.jpg 20160711_074812.jpg

installed hush mat on the interior floor, sanded and painted the interior panels, got the carpet installed, didn't get the mast backing on it, got the 80/20 loop, not real happy with the fit, needed lots of trimming side to side and the molding isn't real exact 20160626_124336.jpg 20160626_142318.jpg 20160710_114215.jpg 20160710_114220.jpg

found out that the ebrake cables were all froze and the rear wheel cylinders were leaking, cleaned the backing plates and complete rear brake job, the drums only needed a resurfaced and a good painting, replaced the front, & both rear cables, will finish adjusting once I bleed the brakes
