Wilson Mafinolds is the only company I know if with them......they do make nitrous plates with the blowout discs built in....
Hey John, are you changing your hood?? Just wondering because I remember you talking about how much you like the one with the big scoop!! As far as the spacer plate goes, it's just extra insurance!! Kinda pricey, but good insurance!!
Not really changing the hood. Just going with a fiberglass one. My scoop keeps cracking on the metal hood I have now. I do not want it cracking once I get it painted, so fiberglass hood and my scoop. I really like that old style scoop. I have been trying to find a place that makes them, but I have found no that makes it like that. I am starting to think it is a BOSS scoop that someone modified. Anyway, I really like it.
ugh, i sure hope your hood comes in better shape than mine did from Unlimited,, otherwise your gonna be VERY dissappointed in their product, and it took almost 9 weeks to get mine,, good luck.. and as far as the spacer goes, it would be a good insurance peice and id like to get one for my car..
Jim, I am getting ready to stop payment on the hood! Those people at Unlimited are hateful and very rude! I wish they were closer to me I would like to go talk to them in person.
I am on my second hood from Unlimited. Besides the high cost of shipping i have been VERY pleased with the hoods.. Scott
I think I got mine from US Body and I was pleased with the quality....still had to do some work to make it fit.....can you believe that in the class I run in they won't let me run my FACTORY hood scoop....they make me plug it up.....but they will let people run aftermarket, cowl hoods!?!?! stupid if you ask me.....
