Sitting behind drivers seat. Pulled switch out several times and reinstalled.

Neat how it works after studing.

Barrel must be rotated to allow push pin to collapse. Barrel Slots aligned to groves on colum, Push in and rotate to lock in place.

Rotate clockwise from lock position to start. "Works great as before"

Rotate counterclockwise from lock position for accessory. " Not working as before"

Accessory position is like a steel wall. Aint gonna happen!!!

Gonna leave it as is for now.

    Hope this post helps others.
    Thanks guys and be safe

So how are you getting cylinder to rotate past the lock position to depress capture pin?

Did you look close for that little ridge in the collar? This is EXACTLY what mine did before I ground it down.

Awesome! I used a little rounded "ball" tip engraving bit on my dremel and just smoothed it until it worked. A dab of graphite and I haven't had a problem since.

Just for giggles since you are a pro at pulling it now, you could take it out and use a screw driver to verify the internal parts are working properly.

The gear the lock goes into is a tooth off.Reset the gear.

So once assembled how do you remove it again? Lock should not be free until rotated past ACC.

After installing switch. I,m able to remove switch by turning to crank position "clockwise" and jiggle out.
I dont even have to remove steering wheel to press pin to release.
Taking out should not be that easy.

    Well done team:clap::clap::tiphat:

    I have accessory position now.

After screwing around with this thing as you all suggested. WITH STILL NO LUCK!!!
I dug and found an extra switch I mistakenly bought months ago.

Stuck in!!! and i got no problem!!! Accessory position works as suppose to.

The switch that works is obvious of better quality.

Something in the column assembly is preventing lock pin from extending once turned to ACC...
    Congratulations.

What you are calling switch is just the lock, actual switch is mounted on top of column, under dash.

And you are absolutely correct. Your earlier post lead me to examine operation of pin closely.

That release pin was hanging. Not extending fulling out. Explains why i was able to jiggle it out.

    :beerchug: to all!!!
