Regardless of where you get em.They are all within 10.00 of each other. The uppers require some finesse and an understanding of how to set em up properly...A press helps here too.Kentucky Mustangs sells a reasonably priced kit which has all the parts you need short of the inner/outer tie rod ends.I would just replace the upper arms as well.If the bushings on em are good just do the ball joints on the uppers and call it a day.Good luck!!!
National Parts Depot sells everything you'll need (with the exception of the strut bushings) 68-73 Mustangs used all the same parts. Buy Moog, and you'll be happy.
I had ordered all of my bushings except the lower control arm bushings yesterday from rockauto. If I absolutely need to, I'll see if they'll take back the upper bushings but I'm tempted to try and make them work. I checked out kentucky mustangs but didn't see a kit, just the individual parts for sale (i.e.-upper control arm, lower control arm, ect.). Is that what you meant by kit? Any tips for if I get stuck with the headache of having to do the upper bushings myself? (and yes, I most definitely got moog for all of them - gonna upgrade the sway bar bushings to poly at some point in the near future)
I ordered a kit from them months ago...May have been a special offer at the time.If you have to re-build the upper arms...Be certain you center the shafts and keep em centered while installing the bushings and screw on end caps.Lube it all reeeal good during assembly too.
