I guess my next step is to just leak down test it like Krazy Comet has said. I really suspect that it's a head gasket issue. Guess I'll make a run to harbor freight and grab a tester.

Yes, sounds like it. The collapsing hose was probably just a side issue. Let us know what you find.

"hose collapse" with a "blown head gasket" is an oxymoron...:yup:

That's what I'm thinking and with the compression test results being fine I don't know what else it could be? I didn't get a chance to do the leak down today but I'll do it tomorrow if I have some free time just to know for
    Sure.

    Hey VC:

replace , Drivers Side , or Passenger? WHEN did you change the head gasket ? Lemmeno please.

    Hey, Chip.
The drivers side head gasket was blown in between cylinder 5/6 and starting to go again between 7/8 on the drivers side. I replaced both sides as you're never supposed to just replace one. It blew because the idiot before me put the gasket on backwards blocking the main cooling port to the head. The over heating issue stopped at that point. Now(2 years later) it's back. Although this overheating issue is different than when the headgasket blew.

New radiator and fan were put in together 3-4 days ago. I flushed the old radiator and tried that one again and it did the same thing.

So I think I got it figured out unfortunately... I compression tested the car one more time and I have two cylinders at 150- 160 and two are around 120-125ish constitanly and those are the same cylinders it blew on last time so I think that gaskets starting to go again...
