    What I am really impressed with is that this isn't dragging on for months like some shops. Granted, this thread has been going for two months now, but this would be what I would consider to be working pretty steadily on the car ... bravo!

    If all goes according to plan I should be getting the car back sometime the week of Sept 15th. The front and rear glass is in and I picked up and delivered all the chrome this past weekend.

    I'm excited! Should be picking the car up Tuesday or Wednesday night. All the chrome is on including the bumpers. Just some small stuff left and should be done. Here is how the hood turned out.

    I just couldn't help myself to post this up. Holy crap...can you say shiny or what! And it still is going to get one more final buff/polish before I get it back! Probably won't send any more pics for a bit because when I get it back I still have to find someone to professionally install my side stripes.

    Nothing yet...that is a project for another day...maybe next year at this time. The car still has the original bench seat up front but I have some buckets that need to be restored. Ran out of money for now...LOL.

    NICE! That looks like a new car! The black in the grille and headlight bezels looks killer with the chrome/brightwork surrounds!! You must be pretty happy!!
