    dennis,that was and is one sweet looking car.one day i hope mine will be all done,so far mine is built from about 12 parts cars from all over the states.

    rick,hey bud,how are you?i see you got the timing thing figured out,thats good.i got a trunk lid from allen small,that came from a spoiler car.i just have it sitting on there for now,getting ready to strip it and put it in primer.talk to you soon,chuck.

    hi will,i don't know what it is either.must be the 70's car look.cars of that era had more character and lines to them.if and when i ever get mine painted,i'll have the best of both worlds:showroom new and looking mean as hell.have any pics of yours?later chuck.

    Hey Chuck....Have you given any thought to your exhaust system. I'm gettin mine done tomorrow.... 2 1/2 inch pipes and I'm thinkin about bringin em out the rear valence with Chome tip baffles...whadda ya think? Or maybe just below the valence?

    rick,notch the valance like the old mustang gt's,and go with the stainless,or chrome trumpets.i'm notching mine,but using some unique bullet tips i made at work.(i'll post a pic if you want to see)i'm making my own exhaust,at work.i run a pines bender,and we make custom exhaust,and smokestacks for semi's tractors,buses,rv's,you name it.we're getting new 2 and a half inch tooling at work,this winter,and every car and truck my wife and i own,will have new alum.exhaust!talk to you soon...chuck.
    oh by the way how's the tank coming along?

    Absolutely...post the pic... I need some ideas in a hurry. I'm sure I've probably seen the tips your talkin about I just can't picture them. Your talkin about cuttin a half circle out of the valence with about a 1/4 inch clearance all around?
    The tank is dropped and drained and sittin upside down airing out behind my shop. Still have to clean it inside and out and I'm gonna rustproof it.
    Lookin for that bumper...its all I need to finish the exterior:clap:

    hey badmav70,how are you?it is a sickness,but a good kind!the mustang is a 71 mach1 and is my wifes project.i put the floors in and hung the quarters about two years ago.waiting to order the trunk floor,and do the brakes and another ford will be on the road!are you still selling your 69.5?i sent you an e-mail,but i guess you never got it.let me know,chuck.
