Rick, as much as I would like to see you at Atlanta, the family comes first AND Gainesville is a much, much better track. Much better.

Actually, aside from California, Seattle, Phoenix, and possibly Denver and Salt Lake, there are no major population centers until you get to Texas and the Mid-West. The population east of Mississippi River is far, far greater than west of the Big Muddy. The NHRA runs three races in California, one in Washington, one in Colorado, one in Kansas, and two in Texas. That's 8 races. The other 16 are held east of Mississippi. Gotta go where the population is.

Of course there is. We have a mini meet every year. It's the last Sunday in July, at the XXX Root Beer, in Issaquah... I'll be posting the date as soon as I get it in stone. Let me know when the Everett cruise is. I'll try to make it this year. Why don't you try to make it to the Bowen Scarff Ford show, in Kent this year. I'll let you know the date as soon as I get it. It's in August. I'd like to make it to the city of Snohomish car show this year, if someone can get me the date. They have a car show at Bickford Ford, in Snohomish also. I try to get around to as many shows as I can.

We have mini meets in Oregon also, mini-me that is. I have been to several car shows and been the only Mav or Comet there guess I am just going to have to come up and visit you guys in Washington, but with the price of gas the way it is I aint gonna drive it at 7 or 8 mpg if that. It will be a trailer queen.

I am very impressed with those engines. I do alot of work on the Srt4 neons. I am building one now that should be a low 11 high 10 second car when it's all said and done. Could be faster but he wants it to live for a while.

I installed 1 mm oversized Intake Valves 2mm exhaust Ported the head titanium keepers/ retainers. Upgrade turbo, 3.5 down pipe. 3 inch no cat. BC cams, Boost is turned upto 28psi plus methanal injection. Running a 5 layer Head gasket. Removed the balance shafts and chains. I made a Windage tray for it....

Of course larger pump, Installed a return line, Larger fuel line, bigger injectors, Upgrade intercooler.

    What did you dyno at?

I am expecting 390-435 to the wheels after a good tune?

I cant wait to see the kids face the first time he runs it:yup:
