Curious what everyone has done with the factory Grabber scoops as far as body sealer. I know the factory just put them on metal to metal, but it seems like it would be a good place to have either a thin paper gasket, some u-channel rubber on the hood edge of the scoop hole, or a thin bead of 3M body sealer, rope caulk or dumdum.

    What have you guys done?

I used the factory style acorn flange palnut w/sealant. I'm sure maybe some of the sealer found its way between the scoop and hood around the studs. Don't know if I should vote #1 or #4 so put me down as #5
