    I forgot about the tail lights...actually I have been wet sanding and recoated them, they look better. I will get some pics in the day light, the ones at night are hard to see.

    Yes, I had a "TOP NOTCH" cameraman for the pictures :D

    Looks like you having a lot of fun with the powder coater. My guess is the Big Brown truck will be delivering more powder soon.

    It should :D that stuff gets expensive....I need to STOP experimenting :rolleyes:

    But yeah, I sand blasted a lot of Isaac's stuff last night, as soon as I get some chrome I will start coating them....I took lots of pictures cause the stuff he has was in rough shape and the difference should be semi-impressive :rofl:

    Eager to see how more of the chrome stuff turns out. Do you have a blasting cabinet?

    Hey now, the tail light bezels werent in that bad of shape.:evilsmile But the boomerangs and that one sportlamp bezel were though.:D

    they are a lot of fun....I started looking at all the stuff I have odered (that I have not gotten yet) and figuring out what I can and cannot coat.

    I don't guess a set of fiberglass bumpers could stand the heat to cure, could they? Would be a cheaper way to convert to small bumpers if they would.

    That's a great question...
    15 minutes at 400*... I wonder? :hmmm:

    I know 'glass is flamable, but it's flash point should be higher than 400*, especially if covered with shiny, therefore heat reflective, coating.
    You might experience some nasty fumes though.
    Does fiberglass melt?

    can you bake it at 200* for 30mins or 100 for an 1 hour?:huh:
