I will dig and see if I have any detail pics. If not next time I get over to the upholstery shop I'll take a couple for you. The lights are very cool three wire hookup and were easy to make a bracket to mount. Stay tuned!

Progress on the interior has been slow, but steady. Door panels are now installed for the last time. All new reproduction arm rests and handle are being used as well as the power window switches from for the windows. No more cranks! We decided to have the pleats spread out as they go towards the rear of the car, just something a little different.

Rear seat back is getting there too. Not done here, just a sample. This should be done Monday then he will start covering the base.

What company did you go with for the power windows? The door panels look great!

Nu-Relics made them for me several years ago. They are a direct bolt in replacement for our window regulators. Easy as can be to install. I was the guiniee pig and sent in my OE regulators that they made patterns from. I believe they are now available to order from them.

Back seat is now done. I love these pictures, but have to say this all looks sooooo much better in person. IN the car, in the shop it just doesn't photograph that well.

Only thing left now is the kick panels and center console. Then onto the trunk.......

In an effort to make the back seat look as if it belonged in the car to begin with, the side panels were recontoured to match the side of the rear seat. The side panel normally go straight up top to bottom. That matched the factory rear bench. But because my new seat has a tapered contour, my upholstery guy built up the side panels to match the seat. Making it look as though it came that way from factory. The first picture illustrates where he added to the side panels.

This second picture shows it now upholstered and how it flows as though originally made this way from Ford.

And here is the back seat 100% completed. By using a second set of front bucket seat foams he was able to make the rear bench look exactly as the fronts with all the bolsters and contours. Even the knee bolster is in place just like the front seats!

Well folks. I just got the email from Photobucket that my account is about to be closed. I have been paying a small fee for an upgraded account since I use them to host all of these photos. Well, they have changed policies and now for 3rd party hosting they want $400 a year or they will close me down. As much as I hate to have all these pics disappear, I will no be held hostage.

So in a week or so, all these pics will disappear and nothing but text will be left. Bummer......

Its ridiculous for Photobucket to charge that much but like many other things in this world of ours everybody is after the all mighty dollar. I hope you can use the fix but since you have been paying a fee already it might not be applicable for you. I know the pics will be greatly missed

$400?? That's insane. I remember when it was free. My brother used to use it.

    Hey Glenn:
Could you create a ' Folder ' and stash your build photos in there ? You could pull em out as you want , and stash
more in the same folder . I've got a few on my computer identified by each car . Works well .
Just a thought .. I'm not that well versed on computers. But my foreman is and he did this for me years ago.

The fix is for people to view the pictures, ie you, me and the rest of the forum. I installed the Firefox add on on my laptop and it does the trick as long as people leave their pictures on photo bucket. Glenn doesn't need to do anything for it to work other than leave his pictures on their site. Sadly, I dump all mine and closed my account before I knew there were work arounds so all my stuff is gone in old posts.

Holy cow that sucks, Glenn. I love seeing your work. I've been using cubeupload.com since I got fed up with Photobucket's nonsense, it might be worth checking out for future use. I would say it makes Photobucket's site look like complete garbage, but I don't think that would be fair to garbage.

Ok, So I found another hosting site that sin't up 100% yet, but I am acting as one of the guinea pigs. But, the photo bucket thing is going to close down my account when I don't pay their ransom!

Back to the Maverick now. The interior is now done and home and I LOVE it. My upholstery guy is really good. Not cheap, but really good. There just short of 140 labor hours in the interior all together. Tons of custom touches here and there. The doors and power windows work so well. Nu-Relics products fit and work perfect. Having all new NOS tinted glass helps with a final touch.

Lets start with the trunk, now fully upholstered......

And now for the front with seats and center console installed.......
