Would be neat if you found the build sheet for your mav. I would think it would have be 1 of 1 or close.

Your car is definitely very rare, however in the realm of Mavericks, it seems having a "rare" car is more of a vanity type thing.

It wouldn't surprise me if this car is the only Maverick ever built that color from the factory. But what that would mean as making the car have a greater value is questionable...

Not that you plan on selling it, but I'm just saying. It's definitely a neat car!

yeah jamie it is a neat idea that it might be so rare but i never plan on selling it.they will have to pry it from my cold dead fingers if they want it .so i plan on doing some what of a resto to it as money permits and hopfully a full resto in the future. a repaint in the very near future.

well i guess craig was right it is a floor shift car.
also i have not found a built sheet yet it looks like the front bench was out at some point to make a cut out in the hump for the toploader witch i need to replace if any one has a good driveshaft hump from fire wall to about middle of bench seat.

mavtricks you really dont want to see the floor pans. Dont get me wrong there is very minimal surface rust but lots of holes from driveshaft loops and hump is cut out to fit the toploader needs a little welding and repair.
but if you really want to i guess i could snap a pic to share.

That confirms the wiring harness I saw on the car in that picture.

Now that I have seen the build sheet:

485000 is the special order number for that car. Being that it was a special order, it would have a 6-digit DSO number. I think the first two numbers is the DSO (build sheet would confirm that) and 5000 would mean it was the 5000th special order car for that model year in that DSO.
