You can get a flex plate through almost any parts outlet.
The C4 from a 200 will bolt up to the V8 bell and the new converter will slide right into that C4. The problems start when you put the power from a 302 through the small clutch packs that are in the C4 for the 200 I-6. Even if you drive it easy you are going to burn it up in less than a year. Before you put it in have it rebuilt with the larger clutch packs for a V8 and put a good shift kit in it. TransGo makes the best shift kit on the market it is the -2 kit for street and strip. It will raise the pressure, shorten the shift overlap and take most of the slop out of the mushy shifts that the factory puts in for comfort. You can still get nice smooth shifts with the TransGo "reprogramming" kit but when you get on it, it will shift like it means it. Don't use the C4 from your six behind a V8 without up grading it to the V8 specs. Three plates in the forward clutch and three plates in the direct clutch will not hold the torque of even the small V8. If you want a tranny that will last forever get the five plate clutch packs for it, add a 20000 lb cooler and an in-line transmission filter. Change the filter every other year when you replace the fluid and you will be able to run it until the car turns to dust with a stock motor.
