I'll chime in here be another to say that it would be better to drop the front.

The way cars are designed ... the springs carry the weight ... the shocks control the tire's contact patch with the road. If air shocks or shocks with helper coils are used, that ends up being a crutch. Those can punch through the trunk floor on some cars, too, over time. Typically, the car will handle worse.

If the rear is sagging ... fix the rear springs. A lot of our cars need help there. It is on my list of things to do. Weekend roadtrip supplies in the trunk and three adults in my Comet, and it looks completely overloaded.

If your car does not sag ... a cut on the front coils is good. My green Comet below is a factory V8 car, and the front coils are cut one full coil. Definitely handles better now.

Or just come over some time, and we'll pull your front springs and cut them. Lowered cars look much cooler anyways!!

:drive:After experimenting with my jack and some beers , I found that I really dont want to raise the back end , rather just lower the front , I agree with Dave that lowered cars look cool and this is the way Im gonna go..
Thanx for all the help.. Casey and Moose..
