Removing chrome, filling holes?

    70 Maverick 2 dr. modified street cruiser, 72 Comet tube chassis drag car
    I had numerous small holes on the roof of the Comet, I didn't want to weld them closed because of potential damage to the headliner which is in mint cond.
    I used a product called Magnum Steel I bought from Advance Auto Parts and it worked well and its sandable.
    The trick to this stuff is make sure you knead it well.
