Great to hear you got the z-bar out, hopefully not too many skinned knuckles.......the bushing kit from Melvin's will do both ends of the z-bar, I not sure if they carry the clutch rod bushings, 3 of those are required, 2 for the upper rod and 1 for the lower. I sure they carry it, just search their clutch parts. The original Ford part number was C0AZ-7526-B. I ended up machining new ones out of bronze bearing stock, as those dark grey OEM nylon bushings would wear out too fast and then end up with metal to metal contact and would wear out rod and/or enlongate the hole.....

I think there was an article posted on the forum recently from a member who modified the rod to accept heim joints on the ends, which eliminated use of bushings and much more robust. He machined down the rod ends for 3/8-24 thread to attach the heim joints.....

that's cool but I'll just be doing the oem crap. so C1DD7543KI CLUTCH EQUALIZER BAR REPAIR KIT and three B7AZ2471?? I don't think there's places for 3 but i could be wrong. those are the 'CLUTCH PEDAL BUSHINGS'
site says I will need CLutch Rod Bushing C0AZ7526B.

    D1ZZ-7543-KIT $35
    C0AZ-7526-B $2 each (3 required)

these are the part numbers from Melvin's that you need, the number you had was for 6 cylinder equalizer bar.
while you are at it, might check those bushings on the clutch pedal support bracket to see if they are worn. Melvin's part number for those are B7AZ-2471-B $1 each, can't remember if you need 2 or 4, but cheap enough.......

You may want to get 4 pedal shaft bushings...2 for brake pedal and 2 for clutch pedal. Same bushing fits either pedal

On the zbar...what I did was a quick measurement on hole location...welded up the hole...re-drilled the hole.

The roller bearings you maybe referring to, could be for the Clutch/Pedal support bracket, if the OEM bushings are worn (ones on the outside of the support bracket), these bearings can be installed as a fix. Currently there are no aftermarket roller bearing kits to replace those bushings (C0AZ-7526-B) used on the rod or (D1ZZ-7543) on the Z-bar ends.

what I'm looking at is here https://www.autokrafters.com/images/MV_15_Part2.pdf
pdf page 4. thomas what are you using the bushing or bearing. i'm not opposed to the oem stuff but if something's a little off in my repair i don't think it'll last as long as i'd like. they sell that swivel that's part of the rod so I'll be getting that as well.

I think you are confussing the Clutch Pedal/Support bracket bushing/bearing "B" in diagram on LH column with the Clutch Pedal Rod Bushing "E" in diagram on the RH column. Jeff (rthomas771) after repairing the elongated hole on upper z-bar, then used new nylon bushing "E" (C0AZ-7526-B) from page 55 in your autokrafters link.

no 2478rb but i think dyent cleared it up

oh i see. so they don't even offer the rollers for the pieces after that. so i will be ordering the support rebuild kit, the separate bushings, and the 7a528a swivel.

I looked again and neither of those part numbers are in Melvin's catalog and this is getting confusing between both company's part numbers.
but let me know if i have this right so far
    Autokrafters
    Support Rebuild Kit . C5ZZ-2478KIT $39.95

Kit includes 4 plastic bushings, 2 metal sleeves, 1 retainer pin, 1 flat washer, 2 snap rings, and 1 pedal support shaft (5⁄8"diameter × 41⁄4" long)

Clutch Pedal Arm mounting bracket bushing B7AZ-2471B $1.95
(says I need 2 but you guys say 4? what about the bushings in the above kit?)

clutch equalizer bar adjustment swivel $16.95

    Melvins
CLUTCH EQUALIZER BAR REPAIR KIT C1DD7543KI $15.75
they dont seem to have the kit autokrafters lists?

CLUTCH PEDAL BUSHING B7AZ2471 $1 (4 of these?)

    CLUTCH LEVER SWIVEL $14.75
i would also need the clutch rod bushing, the shaft ball, and all that...
if autokrafters sells it all in 1 kit i'll just buy from them.

First of all, what do you want to replace??? Do you want to replace just the bushings for the Z-Bar and the bushings for your Clutch/Brake Pedals (Pedal Support Bracket) too??? You mentioned that your Clutch Pedal Rod to Clutch Fork is worn out too and would like to replace that, correct?? Also, you are getting 6 cylinder and V8 parts mixed up, so here is list from Melvin's 2016 catalog (pages 21 and 22) that I believe you are looking for.........

Clutch Rod to Clutch Fork, Adjustable w/Swivel C7oZ-7521-A $23
(this has adjustable rod and includes the swivel)

    Clutch Release Rod Bushings 3 req'd C0AZ-7526-B $2 each
(1 for upper rod to Z-Bar, 1 for upper rod to pedal
and 1 for lower rod to Z-Bar)

Clutch Equalizer (Z-Bar) Bar Bushing Kit D1ZZ-7543-KIT $35
(includes bushings for both engine and frame ends)

The following parts are for the Brake/Clutch Pedals.........

Clutch Pedal Support Repair Kit 378200K $18.95
(includes 4 bushing, 2 metal sleeves to replace the
damaged grey metal bushings on both sides of the
pedal support bracket and 2 snap rings)

The "rollerized" version of above kit C5ZZ-2478-RBMK $49.95

If the 2 bushings on both sides of the Brake/Clutch Pedal Support Bracket are not cracked/worn, then you can just replace the 4 nylon bushings on the shaft.........

    Clutch/Brake Pedal Shaft Bushings 4 req'd B7AZ-2471-B $1 each

I would just call Melvin's directly, at least they can tell you whether or not in stock and current price.
