    I guess I should have mentioned that it isn't "boring"....its just not as much fun as rowing your own gears. Kind of like this same situation--I always thought my Maverick was pretty fast. A couple years ago I got a chance to make a few laps in a outlaw sprinter. After that, I realized that a 600 HP Maverick is slow. The sprinter was a 410" SBC...dyno'd 854 HP/770 lb-ft and the entire car weighed 1110 lbs without driver. Keep in mind that those things use a 33" tire on the right and a 29 on the left. Now THAT was interesting! Believe it or not, once you get used to the instantaneous throttle response, it's not really that hard to drive one.

    Oh I know I just like to tease. On the brake nose up off the line is pretty fun, especially on a street tire! :yikes:
