Good evening Maverick family. It's been a while but I'm able to move a head on my car. I need passenger side rocker there is no rot pretty caved in looks like it went over a curb side ways. I've been looking on line I found a few aftermarket ones. Not sure of company's can I get some input who I should go with.
    Thanks in advance.

IMHO it would be a lot less work & cost to repair that then to replace it.
If needed drill a few small well placed holes in the back of the rocker, then weld them up when finished.

Yes, bang the dent out, replacing the rocker is a rather big job.
The holes in the back of the rocker may be needed to insert a prybar or long punch to help push the low spots out.

Watch a few YouTube videos, then give it a try. Worst case you’ll have to replace the rocker panel.
Work at it slowly (don’t try to bang the dent out with one swing with the BIG hammer) and with a little work I think you’ll be happy with the results.

None of us were born with this knowledge, we learned it at the school of hard knocks.
There’s a lot more satisfaction in doing it yourself.(y)

Looks like a simple repair. I would work the dents out. I think you would have good results with a dent puller. No need to replace the entire rocker.

If you use an old school dent puller, you drill a small hole into the outside and a screw in the end of the puller is what holds the metal. Then you weld up the hole. I still own one of these.
Newer technology pullers that are pretty common in body shops will spot weld a stud to the outer skin. The puller yanks the dent out by grabbing the stud. Then you snip the stud off and simply grind the weld down. No intrusion into the space inside. :thumbs2:

If working it yourself, go in the reverse order that the damage happened. Some memory remains in the metal and it will help by doing it this way.
