thats right...regular, as in, consistently choppin the tree down, you'll hear me comin Don you can run to your hearts content:bananaman
They have to become prunes first. THAT'S IT!!!! What Rick needs to do to get regularly consistent lights is to change the name of his car to Prunes Running.
thats it I am going to race you in the yellow maverick first, if you beat it, then you get your shot at pinky .....I do not think you can set at the tree for those 10 seconds or so waiting for your side to come down how little would the yellow maverick look to Rick sitting at the starting line and I am 585 feet away
the blind draw can definitely make for some interesting pairings. The best match-up "I think" we had last year that did not get to happen was: Stephen Moore vs. Doc Hudson. That was the race I was really wanting to see.
i'll just dial a 12.+ like i usually do and go sit at the finish line. hey, do they have a finish line at the 1/8 mile?????
^ha!^ That's pretty funny, Don. I much prefer the 1/8th as I believe 99% of the event has taken place by then (prepping the car, burnout, launch, shift). Except for that one more shift, I essentially feeling like I'm riding. Plus, you gotta figure that extra 1/8th mile just wears the engine out that much sooner. I realize it's a personal preference and do not mean to turn this thread into a debate over the subject - but I'm right and anyone else who thinks differently is wrong and there's nothing you can do about it .
when you get old like me you need that extra 1/8 mile to figure out what your going to do at the finish line.
From my point of view you are wrong I like the fact I get to go faster at a longer distance. Wear and tear bah who cares
I guess I will go with the Blind Draw. As long as you guys can put up with a absolute stock 75 with 122 hp. I warn you it is pretty consistant
willie, some of the slower cars are the scariest because they're deadly consistent. we're just there to have fun anyway.
