Dudes, so wish I could come!! But 1) my Comet's all the way in Cali, 2) she's still in the I'm-a-new-to-my-owner-so-may-be-POSish car, and 3) dangit, I still haven't even seen her yet!!! But takes loads of pics and I look forward to the stories that beer and spirits produce.

Reading this post is like watchng life pass you by , I am so Bummed I cannot go .. yet again. Ironically its not the car at least.. I am confident It can do the trip now, its the money...Just cannot afford it. Someday....

*ponders* Where's it at again? I was supposed to leave for Cali this weekend, I might be able to make a slight detour. *looks at roadtrip plan along Hwy10 Mississippi to California* Okay, maybe more than slight... EDIT: Drat. No can do. Forgot I've already got plans that require me to be in Cali for a set date. Plus I can't afford 2 extra tanks of gas to get from Miss to KY (although from KY to Cali's about the same as MS to CA - go figure). Sucks being a po' fo'.
Oh, it's not that bad Sarah...only about 2800 miles from Gulfport to Owensboro to Cali. I think you oughta go for it. (Plans are made to be changed) After all, you ARE a woman so you can change your mind and get away with it.
