Well here I am, couple weeks after Roundup 06. We had a great time. Was wonderful to meet the familiar names that we had not yet met face to face. Lots of new people this year and just thrilled us to meet you! Greater treasure was to see the familiar faces that we have grown to love over the years. Dont know where Roundup 07 will be as of this writing, but count on us being there. Lord willing. Just the greatest bunch of people I could ever hang with. Was hard to say goodbye. And I mean that.
    Dan

With limited vacation time I am anxiously awaiting the announcement for the 2007 Roundup to make sure I can schedule for it. I really want to make it for Drag Race night if that is in the plans.

If the club goes with the plan that was offered at the meeting, I'll probably do a "fly-in".
2800 roundtrip miles is just too far for me to trailer a car.

My friend Frank might take me for a ride in his Maverick once I get there though!

It'll be good to see everyone again.

At this point, I'm planning to be there next year, driving my '69.5. But, with as quick as my schedule gets flipped around, I probably won't know for 100% sure that I'll be there until like a week before Round-Up. LOL

If I remember right in the club meeting, they are wanting to have it final so it can be posted in the next newsletter.

Has there been any more proposals on a location next year. I'll probably attend even if it is in New Castle AGAIN, but it's neat to visit new places.
