    In case of fire or if you get thrown from the car in a wreck. Gives you at least 1 layer of protection.:)

    393Mark,

    It's almost ready. Got new slicks, polished up the rear wheels, am in the process of putting new M/T's on the front, just need to fix an oil leak at the rear of the intake...................then will be taking it to "tech day" first
    week in March to see if I can't get a seasonal tech pass and hopefully get
    the car "tech'd" for some NHRA Nostalgia racing. Then it's off to the races!
    Can't wait to get going.

    I have join'd a local group to do some Real Grudge racing at our local strip,
    should be a Real Hoot!

    Here is some of the competition I will running against. I may have to step
    up my act to go head to head with these guys, but it should be fun!

    I'm not planning on going too fast, I think I'll be in the high 14's in the 1/4 but I think with nitrous in the trunk they might be strict.
