    trunk looks perfect. floor pans ive not saw except from the bottom. i assume they are solid as it looks good underneath. will be pulling carpet to seal the floor when the heat here subsides.

    so i decided to paint my grill and light bezels. originally grey (look at pics above). thought id try semi gloss black. not sure yet if i like it.

    I think it looks better. I would probably paint the stone guard below the grill black as well.

    bought a rear end from jody on here this past weekend. tore it down to get an idea what it might need. my plan is to do a total rebuild and i still may, but the gears look perfect and have hardly any play in it. its looking like new seals and axle bearings may be all i need.

    its a 2.79 and will go well with the stock c4. my goal is to hit 2000 rpms at 70 mph. this should get me close. i still might go with an aod, but if i cant lock out overdrive as needed, im not sure i want it.

    got the leafs, shackles and shocks in. rides ok but isnt as stiff as id like. also i wont know until i get my wheels and tires for the back if the height is ok.

    Looks Good! I can't wait to try mine out very soon. Most people complain that these 4-leaf sets from Laurel Mountain are too stiff.

    for me id like them a little stiffer. but i like a stiff ride.

    heres some updates on my dash renovation. ill get some daytime pics tomorrow. also show my new garage i built. its not finished but dried in for now.
