like it or not, Somebody put some time into that car. i kinda like it...its a little over done here and there but overall they did a nice job
Over done but somebody spent some serious time and money on the Shelby parts. Could be a nice car with some deletions and changes.
Ray's car is very much Shelby American, and every part of his works together to create the Shelby look. That car has more of the Mexican look to it, with the stickers and side scoops and such. I think they must have looked at old pics of the Mexican road races and stuff and copied the looks of race cars from that era, adding the Shelby stuff too. It's too busy, too much to look at. Like I said before, lose the side scoops and stickers, different wheels, and add a performance engine. Then it would be closer to Ray's, but still only a copy. Only thing I don't like about Ray's car is that it's his and not mine!
Who's Ray Car is nice and done to the builders taste and he liked it apparently but asking price is a bit much. I dont remember what he was asking for it before but I think he wants more now
Rays car is classier but I like them both. It is easy to drift into "too much" when trying to copy Shelby. Rays is safely on the "just right" side, this one is closer to the edge of tacky but still awesome to me.
I like it and it is at the very least a little different than everything else out there. I think it would look better painted PURPLE but that's just me.
