Oh yeah! Fred, did you radius the front and rear of the rear wheelwells? And what size tires are on there?
Fred it looks great and I'm glad you kept it, the 1-7/8ths are definitely the way to go with the TFS heads, do you know your flow numbers? We had to fab our headers also, it was easier than I thought it would be but we had a little more room to work with. Gonna send em down for jet hot coating soon. Sure would like to see the car in person. looks top notch
Very nice looking car, I like the way you painted the engine compartment, a nice way to set off the engine, and different than the norm! Art
Thanks for all the compliments and well wishes. I'll try to answer all your questions. Dennis: My plan is to make the Round Up this year although it is likely that I will not be able to stay the entire weekend due to some scheduling conflicts at work. I will bring the car if it is running which may be tough now that we have a little one "spendiig" alot of our extra cash for us. Seth: The color is called Mandarin Copper and is a factory Ford color. Frank: Don is correct. Those are from MPG and had to be shortened to fit the car. Ken: You may have me confused with someone else. I am in Pinellas County and am not important enough to have business cards. Oki: I only rolled the lip of the wheel well. The rears are 28 x 12.50 ET Streets. Rick: The intake peak number is a little on the mild side. The intakes flow 311 cfm @ .700 lift. The low and mid-lift numbers are pretty decent though - 277 cfm @ .450 lift and 288 cfm @ .500. The exhaust peak number is a little more impressive with a peak of 238 @ .700 lift. Flow at .450 is 199 cfm and 213 cfm @ .500. They are not wild but the ratios are go and they will support 600hp with the right combination underneath them.
