What are friends for if they can't help ya out when you need it. :)
Oh yeah, if you figure he only worked on it during the week that would be about 59 days and if he was to finish it right now, he would have made about $4.87 an hour. I think he better get finished with that thing fast or he'll be owing you. :yup:
    Pongs painter made 93 cents per hour...now that's a true friend. :)

And when you figure he had to pay for materials too...yep, you guessed it...he paid pong to paint the car. :yup:
I can see it now, people coming into my shop and asking me how much I will give them to paint their car. :slap:

i'd like to be the first ray. because i know you'd do an extra special job on the first one. that way others would see it and want the same deal. you'd be busy for the rest of your career. about 2 weeks. :)

Paint has gone up quite a bit
Reason im painting my car and doing the body work myself... may not be picture perfect straight and win any awards, but it will be damn close to straight, and painted a good solid color, or maybe 2 tone.
I can get a "kit" of PPG paint to paint a while car for a little over 100 bucks... so after I do all the body work, priming, etc... I can paint it for $100... if I decide to go white.

The things that make you go "hmmmmmm". I guess I didn't know PPG had paint in spray cans.

J/K Andy...seriously, I just can't imagine what you're gonna get for $100 though. Can you give me a breakdown? Maybe I need to go talk to my paint jobber.

that is a good looking 4 door, nice to see another 4 door. You definately got your moneys worth for that paint job, you should probably give him a bonus.
