Has anyone been contacted about these headers actually being made yet? When I called to order them they didn't want any $$$ yet, just wanted my contact info and they said they'd call when they were ready.

Yeah, I guess I could call them...just wondering if anyone else was contacted yet though. :)

They told me the same thing. I guess they should have them ready by the end of the month:huh:

I think they had an issue or something with a machine and had to get a part ordered in. They told me they would START on them three weeks from the time we ordered them due to being busy and short staffed. Today i quit being in a panic for them as it snowed.

    Crite Headers

When I talked to them last, I was able to talk to one of the techs there. He told me that they where waiting for a part to come in for the bender, then they could start making them. The part was expected that week. Once they start it would take about two weeks then a week for shipping. That was about a week and half, so they should be making them now and finishing them next week. So hopefully we will see them around Thanksgiving. :)

    Thanks

I wonder if the machine breakdown was THE issue, and they just blamed the pipe supplier to stall until it was profitable to repair their bender...

Well sure... I'm glad they are cooperating too. I sure wish I could get a set while the getting is good.

It doesn't really matter, but that sounds more plausable than what they said was holding them up. I know if I had a piece of equipment that cost 10x to repair than one job would gross, I would lose that one job. If I had 10-20 lined up though, it's time to invest in a repair. I probably wouldn't tell a customer either "I won't fix my machine just to do your one job"... That would sound cheezy.

I am with M.A.V. on that I am happy just getting headers that fit! When I spoke to them I did not get the feeling that it was a part that was broken, more a part that was needed to make these particular headers. Again I am just glad to be getting them. I am in no hurry for them, I lust want them! :)

    Thanks

Jessica didnt take a deposit and I'm kinda glad about that.
I still want the headers but I'm getting a little anxious about the lack of updates.
