Got my headers! Well I got the headers from crites on Friday. They look nice but I have a couple questions. Do I need to cut out the area on the shock towers that they send patch panels for? Do I keep the pipes and collectors un-welded for removal if needed?
I had already notched my towers but yes you will need to trim towers. As for the collectors they remain unwelded and are held in place by two small bolts through tabs on the collectors. Now would be a good time to have them coated to protect your investment.
