It's official, heading down early Friday morn for the NPD cruise to Cedar Key. My Bride, and Maverick and myself on Friday, and kids are coming down Friday afternoon, and we will all be there for Saturday, but can't get out of work for Sunday.

    Richard

p.s. Bringing lots of 1/64 Hotwheels Mavericks for sale or trade for some new ones, the blue with yellow stripes if anybody has extras...

Brother and I are leaving in the morning and, if all goes well, we should be in Florida tomorrow evening. We'll be getting organized and cleaning the car Friday and hope to be at the show early Saturday morning. I'm looking forward to meeting some of the Maverick/Comet people and seeing your cars. Jim

Looks like the weather is going to be picture perfect with a high on Sat around 70 degrees and 0% chance of rain. I will be next to the Maverick/Comets in the Cougar section, probably with the dk met aqua '69 XR7 conv. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Well, guys, you missed a GREAT show! I have been going for many years and it was the best ever!! Great weather, great people, no complaints, great looking cars!!!

Congrats to Rocky and Holly for getting their monster truck there. Ken and his lady didn't disappear for the day and we had a wonderful visit. My '69 Dk Aqua conv won the Cougar class, WOOHOO!! Got a big hug from a Hottie, made the old man's day. All in all, a great time!!

Sure missed you Ray, maybe next year!!

i know me and my dad enjoyed the show even tho i had to run back up here so i could get to work in time. but made it back with 15 mins to spare. maybe there will be a new mav lerking around next year... maybe i still have $1000 worth of engine parts to get then another $1200 to get it it bored, notched, decked, and assembled. so im thinking at the most im only $4000 away with is very exciting.... still have to meet up with richard to get some fenders, im hopeing this weekend but we will see. it was nice to meet freed and everyone. hope to see you all again.
