Finally got to meet some of the members on this board. What a great bunch of guys and gals. Saturday night a handful of us went to Outback to eat then afterwards and hung around the parking lot shooting the bull. A great time was had by all. I found time to upload some pictures>> http://1bad6t.com/silversprings09/index.html

WHAT A GREAT WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!! So very nice to see our "old Friends" such as Frank, hehe, and meet some new ones. even better to put faces on names. At the Outback yeah we hung out in the parking lot, 2 hours!!!!!!! what fun! My sides hurt when I got in the car to leave. I know we talked about this, but we really need to find some other shows to gather at. This gang is too much fun to only hang out once a year!!!

    Congrats!!!!! :ola: :1st:

And to our other Jeff ...:kewlpics:... Lil and I really enjoyed going through your photo album. On a few shots, I was beginning to believe that you snuck out to another show ... there was so much to see there, and you have shots of cars that I would have remembered, but missed along the way somehow.

We are definitely doing both days next year. :thumbs2:

    Jason,

I was ignoring the bit about the hydrogen generator on the Ranchero. I am very skeptical about those until someone can definitively show me that they actually work. I saw an excellent discussion online calculating that the fuel energy of the amount of hydrogen bubbles that one of systems puts our is very close to nil. The guy showing the car is a dealer for these systems. The claim that it gets 40 mpg is countered by the fact that it is such a clean show car, that I doubt it ever gets driven much ... :naughty:

Still an awesome car though ...

When I hit the link for your photo gallery, it took me to a log-in page for your account. There is probably a different link that will let the rest of us in without any editing permissions.

Got our pics finally the ole fashioned way (disposable cam) and they're pretty much like those you've seen already -- however, here's one of the winner sporting his mug. Congrats again, Jeff!
