when I put my 68 lenses in I made a template of the lip around the lense and cut my rear panel to just fit. i then welded studs inside the panel and slid the dechromed light housing on to the lenses from the inside. it takes alot of patience but the results are well worth it. I'd post some pix but my HD crashed last year and I didnt have the pix backed up
