splash shields - before or after?

    Could someone please refresh my memory - is it easier to put the splash shields in the wheel wells before or after mounting the fender to the car?

    I installed the splash panels before fenders...then I removed rear splash panels to adjust doors

    I knew there would be contradiction to my answer and the only reason I said before is not having to crawl under the fender to install them. I can see where fitment issues would be less of a problem if done after but I have done several before and never had a problem so I guess it comes down to individuals preference.

    Jeff makes a good point about door adjust though
