I was sent these pics last night. All the stripes are painted on. The hood looks amazing, the lines look as clean as a decal. The Doll's do amazing work.

I can't believe how fast they are coming along on that. You better get prepared to get busy putting it all back together!!

To be honest, I'm getting scared to touch it now. With my budget it will probably take until next summer to get back on the road but roundup 2014 here I come.

Ok. I'm blushing here. Thanks for the compliments guys. We are getting Ted's Sprint done pretty fast for a couple of reasons. First of all the Sprint was in amazing shape to begin with. It is such a treat to get to work on a Maverick that is virtually rust free. It makes life so much easier. I wish they were all like that. The other reason is a bit more pressing. At the end of the month Dale will be having surgery on his right hand to correct the affects of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. After May 30th he will essentially be, as he calls it, " A one armed paper hanger " until he heals back up. The good part is that he is left handed and he's already had the surgery on his left hand done years ago. Still, it's going to slow him down a bit so we really want to get the Sprint done before the end of the month so Ted will not have to wait a long time to get his car back. We are working hard to make that happen. In the mean time another Maverick has been dropped at our doorstep by a friend of ours. That is a whole other story.
