squeeky spring seats

    I have squeaky spring seats..any easy cure to stop also leaf spring bushing squeak..pretty commom however there must be a quick fix?/ any help on info cure

    a lot of times the a arm shafts are the squeekers. the spring seats are rubber mounted.

    Concerning the leaf springs, I assume you have a front bushing squeak. With the rear of the car properly/safely supported off the ground by the sub-frame and the differential lightly supported on a floor jack, remove the front bushing bolts one at a time and lube the bolt with grease then re-install the bolt. No more squeak!
