    when i took the cut off wheel to it on only one, it looked as if it was solid all the way through. but then why would those three nubbs be there if that where so? looks like i have my work cut out for me. thanks guy's.:D

    I never tried anything else but a chisel. Sometime doing it the old fashion way is the only way

    If I remember right, you scrape off the heads from the underside then drive the ball joint off by driving the rivets..using a point chisel.

    I agree.
    I just replaced my frt springs, saddles and top rubber insulators. The rest of the parts were Ok as checked out by alignment shop. They informed me the springs were not that old but had some coil material removed - It rode like $$$t to me. The car sits abt 2in higher now but rides a lot better. I will sacrfice the low frt end look for the much improved ride; esp., here in the midwest where ruff rodes and potholes abound.

    I will just grab all of it with the sway bar, brand new sway bar bushings, and everything. That way if theres differences in sway bar size (i would assume newer has a larger sway bar) you got it all.

    That is good. He may have a bent bar and not know. Should not be towing or pulling cars by the sway bars and such.

    so im on my way, what is a fair price for a set of granada spindles. going disc up front.
