*Update* The next day the panel had dried more so then before (but I didn't trust it). So I believe as Dave mentioned its just the cold weather, it does say 73 degrees and although this winter has been mild its still cold, haha. The stuffs pretty much like JB Weld and the cold slows it to a crawl. I put some welds along the corners and sides and will leave the clamps on furthermore as I plan to install the rearend next and that should grant enough time to take a real good hold. thanks for the help guys
