Thanks from everyone in NC for the comments on our area.(insert shameless plug here) If anyone would like to live these views, I am in the real estate business!

Matt, you win the cookie! It was on a tripod, but I was scared that it would tip over so I had my hand on one of the legs. I really wasn't sure about the camera angle. The view wouldn't adjust any wider.

Joe-glad to do it, and congrats on the finished Fadley S/S Maverick.

Lowery, it's a Moto-Lita wheel. That version seems to now only be marketed
under the LeCarra brand. I don't know if it is the same company. It is
a copy of the '65 Shelby wheel which Moto-Lita reproduces with the correct
6 mounting holes. This one has a make specific boss that the wheel bolts to.

The one I have would be the Mark 3 Supreme on this page:

I'm pretty sure mine is a 15 in. and it is dished.

Dennis-I had to adjust the mirror so that my grin wouldn't show!

I wish the video was better quality. The sound isn't so good.

Cool now I know how to make my own. :D I hadn't given much thought on how to put the camera in the car. Yours was way to steady not to be mounted somehow.

Very kewl... precious moments like those - a guy and his toy and the great American past-time - freedom on open uncluttered roads - no work, no chores, no wife, no kids... just a nice day, a tank of gas, and a Sunday cruise (I am - of course - now dreaming about this myself... :D

That's the GREENEST pristine countryside I've seen - great contrast to the shiny red Comet.

Good idea for a thread, like Darren said, 5 or 10 min clips of our cars cruising in our locations. I'll see if I can wrangle a vid. camera soon...

... last time I videotaped and had the same problem - wind. I think if you close the front windows and open the rear 1/4 windows you get less wind noise and still fresh air and - of course - that rumble.

Looking forward to a thread on this.
