    I think you're lucky the bar broke and you are aware of that brake hose that isn't fastened to the bracket. It will surely wear wear a hole in the line or the metal line will fatigue and break from flexing leaving you with no front brakes. That could be fatal for someone. Suggest you check the other three wheels to see if the hoses are attached to the bracket.
