Tach and tank

    Well I felt real proud of myself. I actually hooked up the tach and it WORKED. Now this may not be a big then to most of you, but for me it was. But not to be happy to long, my POS tank sprung another leak. Thats #4, for those of you keeping score. This was a fiberglass and bondo patch from a previous owner that popped free. Man I need to start looking for a different tank. I was hoping to drive it to the shop today to have a guy look at some rust. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

    I used the POR15 tank repair kit and it worked really well. For about $80. I had many pin holes and they are all sealed for 2 years nor.

    I used the same or something similar almost 20 years ago, still holding up. Spilled some on the driveway and it's still there.
