getting the idle right ,i had to drill behind the powervalve ,and had to drill the air holes in the top of the carb it took 3 or 4 times to get it right ,when it idled right it was lean on top end ,and the other way also ,got it real close after a while ,but im hoping the metering blocks will work right ,ill know hopefully after this weekend ,if it dont rain out ....
I got a conversion kit, it came with new billet metering blocks, air bleeds, stainless steel needle and seats and new pumps. In my application I started with 94 jets front and rear with no power valves and a 45 pump shot. I adjusted the idle A/F ratio to 9.0 with a WOT A/F of 8.0 this worked out really well. I liked the stuff so much that I pulled the engine and am now in the process of building a monster with lots more compression.
cool sounds like you got it right ,they cancelled test and tune still raining here and 38 deg.,but looks like there racing tommorow so guess we will enter the race ,with no test on the car wish us luck,we will enter sportsman and trophy class .....

check your track rules about door panels. some tracks will not let you run without some type of door panel.
