Are you sure you put a 750 baseplate on that Pro system mainbody. If you put the one from your 650 on it... it made a 650 again.
You can tell the difference by the numbers on the butterflies on the baseplate, or even by looking at their sizes

As I see it if you are launching at 3k plus I doubt you feel a difference. If you were to just hammer I am sure you would get a bog compared to a 650. Now keep in mind That holleys are dry flowed and Demons are wet flowed Edelbrocks i have no idea. I like demon carbs but stay small with a demon and jet up tons over factory if you have a hot motor. I ran a 780 holley on mine to see if it ran any better. I got .3 better with my old 625 VS Road Demon so you can guess What I put back on. :yup: I will be switching to a 650 MS when i put the tremec in early this spring.

As of now I have ran a best of 12.86 with the 750 vac 2nd with a 1.73 60ft. Also car is very consestant winning my first money race 3 weeks ago.Car has been running right on the dial. Also I tried a 1'' open spacer it ran a 13.06 first then I put the spacer on and it ran a 13.06 again mph was off just a hair and 60fts were both 1.753 both times.I also tried a 650 pro systems carb from Charlie Booze at BBR and it ran 13.06,13.02,13.00 so that didnt change much.Lucky I didnt buy it first.Well gotta run I hope winter goes fast.

Well And update on the progress of the little Comet that could. Ive put on a set of AFR 165 Comp heads. The Comp has ss valves and a revised cnc program on int. and exh. I purshased them through Maxflow motorsports and had Dusty put them on the sf600 bench they flowed awsome mid lift 3s were very impressive and maxflow was 250cfm @ 600 int. and 225 @ 600 exh. After intalling them I am wondering why it took me so long to make up my mind about them they are freakin killer. You can feel a diference in performance for sure. I guess Ill find out what these heads give me over the stock 302 heads I had befor. That is all I changed later this year I may go with a Hyd. Roller. Im hoping to see at least 12.50s but I dont like to get my hopes up. What an awsome Head.
