Do you have any tire rubbing issues, esp., on front when making tight turns?

On the front yes I have a slight rub if I turn all the way. To avoid the wheel spacer I just dont turn tight. Its only happened twice backing out of my drive.

larry, this makes more than a handful of times you have said something in a down putting manner in my posts. i personally dont care in the grand scheme of things, but did you not ever catch onto the name of my project? it has everything to do with mavericks and ric flair combined because its MY build, my car. thats My choice and it seems that no one has a problem with it other than you. its a tie in to my project name and to someone who is my hero in fantasy land. i think its pretty damn cool and i have tons of people on youtube who enjoy it. when i met ric flair friday, he seemed to like it as well, so im as happy as a hooker in nevada. at this rate youll crap your pants when i release an upcoming episode that talks about me getting my belt signed and showing it laying in the seat of the maverick. should i rub my body against it? i just might. i try to make things interesting and fun. i could just use a vhs camcorder and never edit my vids and just be straight on boring with it all, but i wont. you should complain about more important things in life other than some thread on the internet. it makes life way better and it doesnt annoy your fellow car enthusiasts.

Me either till I noticed the "wooooo" signed on the belt and he actually explained it. lol

Not really much of a wrestling fan but I have watched it many times with my late elderly mother-in-law and always admired the physical feats of strength and athleticism of 285lb muscle bound dudes jumping, flipping, and flying through the air to slam their opponents all to hell. Lots of people really dig strongman gymnastics fight clubs and they're very passionate about the outcomes. Far worse things in life to be passionate about, IMHO.

The best part I usually admire is that people with that level of passion are usually pretty good with cars and that often shines through in their personalized rides. Whether we like or prefer that particular style or not.. that passion is the true lifeblood of our hobby and I wish we had more of it. :tiphat:

I don't know what "down putting" things I ever said in your other posts. I just know this is a discussion forum and I post my opinions like everyone else does. I also know that this is a car forum and I don't come here to see posts about fake-ass wrestling clown-act stuff. That stuff should go in the Off Topic section.

OR you could follow forum rules and not post off-topic stuff. I don't have a problem, but you seem to. You seem defensive and easily angered. Perhaps steroids are not such a good idea.

I seem to find out if you dont have something good or productive to say then dont say anything and all conflicts are avoided .

There are some around here who'd have far fewer post counts if that was our forums mantra. Can't exclude myself there either!

From my perspective it has nothing to do with post counts.. right or wrong.. I just like to get the last word in. And if you don't believe me.. just ask my wife. lol

This is technically a project thread in which the owner is telling the progression of his car. It is his choice what is included in this thread as long as it does not violate the forum rules such as being obscene. There fore he is able to post what ever he wants. If the back story is the inspiration for the car then there is no problem with it. It wouldn’t be any different than someone talking about why they painted a certain mural on their car:huh:. At the end of the day you chose to read the thread and should respect the owners decision on the content. Btw very nice car and good progression so far. The YouTube videos are a cool idea.
