so your saying when i get the tubulars i can use the stock 302 mounts and frame mounts i have now?

and that passengerside manifold looks like something from a mid size mid 70's ford?

    Sorry. I get 'wordy' often...

Looks like it. I read the notes and it says the early mounts "can be used".
On some of their headers, the notes say the early mounts "must be used". So apparently you are okay with stock Maverick mounts.

Yes. Looks like Torino to me.

ok. i can just ask the guy what mounts he's using in his car that the headers are comming off of. he's having custom ones made which should be done by november. i didnt get a chance to talk to him as to why he needs new custom ones when the ones he has fit but from what ive read he probably wants something with bigger primaries. (his motor breaths alot harder then mine ever will), he's got the part # ES-9 (1 1/2" primary long tube header) which is what im getting

this is the only under hood shot of his car i have

Just a minor correction for you Dave, the right and left side manifolds used different part numbers. 9430 would be one side only. I don't recall offhand what the other side's number is. They might also have used at least two different numbers in different years. I've run across that occasionally. The "E" in the prefix denotes that it's an Engineering number (often referred to as the casting number too) A part number would have a "Z" in this position.
