I have tried to upload several photos tonight on different threads with no luck. I keep getting “file is too large for server to process”. This was a single photo upload so the size was minimal. I also tried it on different devices with no luck. Thanks!

Try re-sizing the photo - that should do it.

I am unable to resize it on my phone. I have never had this problem before and the photo is no where near the max size limit?

I have sent an alert to Stefan - he can better take a look at it for you.

It may be new server IIRC install recently, maybe new protocol for size of pix it will except.
I have had the same issue. I resized the pix and it loaded - no problem.

I'm sending you a PM with my email - if you can send the pic to me - I will resize it and post it.

I was able to resize one of the photos from 2.14mb to 1.78mb. I found app that allowed me to do it. I was then able to post the photo. I then tried to post another photo that was 1.6mb and I resized it to under 1mb and that one would not post for what ever reason? No worries about posting the photo, it really wasn't that important of a thing. I have the person's email and I can just send it to them directly. I just hope it isn't a permanent thing.

Thanks for letting me know. I have changed a setting and larger images should be able to be uploaded without issues.

I just tried up loading a test photo and I am still getting the error message “the photo is too large for the server to process”. The photo in question is 2.4mb.

If it has any bearing this is on both a iPhone and iPad.

Seems to be working better. I did a test where I tried to upload 10 photos and 9/10 uploaded correctly only one wouldn’t load and timed out. Didn’t get the error message though.
