Turn up the radio for noise, hang an air freshener for smell and get a plug in massager mat that goes on the seat for comfort. If they dont like it then, they can walk.

or just tell your friends that when they're paying for the exhaust, insulation, weatherstripping, seats, climate control, etc, they can complain about it. That's about the answer i get when i complain to my parents about something, and i've learned to just live with stuff like that now. or pay to not have to live with it. They'll thank you if they learn from it like i did.

Hey Bryant if you have his contact info let me know what it is. I need to get that done and I don't think it'll cost me too much. I haven't been in town for a while so I gotta plan a trip and drop off the rear end with you still. I messed up my truck so it's been sitting in the shop and that rear end aint gonna fit in the mav.

You could purchase a 2009 Hyundai Limited, I truly enjoy mine.

When and if I get my Mav put together I will drive it once a month to the car meet at the pizza place.

When it was new it was just a pregnant Pinto.

Try this product as well, lots cheaper than dynamat:

I cover my entire floorpan from the top of the toeboards to the back of the rear seat bottom, and I double under the rear seat. When I got done, my son used what was left and did his entire floor pan of his 2000 GMC Jimmy 2 door. I still have a small section left. Thicker than dyamat as well.

The 74 LDO I dismantled had extra sound deadener padding behind the rear seat top and behind the back seat side panels and under the rear package tray/shelf. I am going to install that in mine once I decide to redo my carpeting.

Muffler options for quietness and performance are plentiful, I am using Walker Dynomax super turbos, 2.25 in and out. Light rumble, no droning inside of the car like my flowmaster 40's did while cruising on the interstate.

Weather stipping, can't say enough about having new seals at the door and front of the cowl under the rear hoodlip (keeps from drawing hot and smelly heated air from the engine bay.
