I would buy it and hide it somewhere. No..thats not true.....I'd divorce the wife and buy it and put it in the living room where her furniture once was.

    You're a nut!

She'd figure out how to get me back for that. She is really warming up to the red one. I could tell her that the black one was for her. No, wait, she has been wanting a 325 BMW
or a LR Discovery. That is why she wants me to buy it and sell it, down payment on her next ride!!

Hey Seth....if you could get me the actual sizes sometime....I would appreciate it. The ones on my 1974 are just too small.

    Dan is good with photoshop.....

...if he wants to do it, I will send him all the pics that he
    wants.
Perhaps he can change the background to make it look like they
    are together.

    Hell, Road trip!

DM, let's find a show somewhere in SC and meet in the middle.

    Yep

And I can also remember handing leaves to the stringer when they did it by hand. I could still string it by hand now.Not that i ever intend to touch another leaf.I also seemed to end up up here hiesting it after we got to the barn .(y)

    Tim,
My Dad stopped running the farm in 1973. Until then, the leaf was brought to the barns, strung and stacked. When there was estimated to be enough to fill the barn, there
was a break for lunch-dinner where we come from-and after that everyone helped
    hanging.
I worked sticks and bulk barns. I didn't do much hanging, but I racked lots of bulk
barns. Those things are heavy when loaded with wet leaf, although much safer than
    climbing around on poles barefooted.
I can't make thurs. to help with your slab!

Dad and Mom were in S. Boston looking for those antique shops you two talked about
    this past sunday.
