   i know this thread is old but did anyone else have trouble getting the bolt holding the brackett off? I have tried everything and it wont budge??? Any secret to getting this off?

   Zach,
   If you are talking about the bolt holding the bracket for the modulator?
   It is torqued to 35 foot pounds. It should just turn off with a bit of pressure.
