"GRABBER" on one of mine. When I went to the Special License Plate Division to pick up this plate the lady had a funny smirk on her face. I had to explain to her that there was nothing perverted about wanting a license plate that says Grabber. I think she was relieved to hear that this was representing a car option.
I was going to get "ITSA 69" for my '69.5 , but now that I am using a '73 body instead, I don't know what I'll get.
Have year plates on all our Mavs, had Grabber, Mavrick, Stalion, Boss Mav, and Rare 76 on cars but got to be $60 some dollars a year to renew so went with old car plates $20. some dollars to reg. good for 50 years.

these are mock-ups. i have the artwork ready to mount on media. im in process of working deals with some of my vendors as we speak(type). im also mocking up differant font styles for the mav/comet scripts to mimick the actual style of our nameplates. more to come...weeeeeeeeeeeeee
Really? Why not...I see lots of old plates in CA... The old blue ones I see on lots of VWs, etc. Seems like they would rather have the old 6-digits on there so they could free up the 7-digits (I think they use 7 now). Luckily, here in TX, we can still buy old vintage plates and use them for an extra $40 per year
A set of 72 Florida plates would be vanity enough for me. I have been steadly looking for a set with my county code on them. I need one that starts with 9- then only has numbers after it. All I tend to see on eBay are tractor trailer and mobile home tags... They look the same, but the letters all have meanings, and I would know the difference. Dave I notice I typed "set" and "plates", as in plural. Rest assured that Florida only requires one plate.
